So many people have requested this, so I have finally made it. This video describes how to upgrade from CM7 to CM9 without losing any of your settings or apps. This is different from using Clockwork Recovery to do the upgrade. If you use CWM, then you really should do a full factory reset, whereas if you use ACMEInstaller2 as I show in this video, then you won't have to reset anything.
