I had just finished making a video for Alpha 1 when I was told that Alpha 2 was only minutes from being released! I started over, and now we have a video on Alpha 2!

Same as usual. Download the file onto the root of your device and use Clockwork Recovery to install the zip file. Be sure to clear your cache and Dalvik cache as with previous versions.

For those of you who are coming from Classicnerd, I was unable to explain how to uninstall that during this video. BUT... This video will explain that process:

Also, DO NOT BOOT INTO CLASSICNERD AFTER INSTALLING ALPHA2!!!!!! It will break everything. Trust me, don't do it.
