Can I load music or other files to the touchpad with the standard cable? If so how is it done?

Well, both methods work for the download but it will not play the music files. Same on both, music in background, sandpaper sound is about all you hear.

There are still some audio driver issues. The "sandpaper" or scratchy sound is what others have described as well. This will be fixed someday down the road.
